Why Rosevale Care Home is the perfect choice

The Commission for Social Care Inspection are the Governing body for all care homes in the UK. The following extracts were taken from their reports following routine inspections at all our homes in July 2005.

New residents have their care needs assessed before being admitted to the home. Each resident has care plans that show how their care needs will be met.

Residents said staff treat them with respect and ensure their privacy and dignity. Residents are given choices and encouraged to make decisions in daily living. Residents are provided with variety and choice of meals and said they liked the food.

The building is kept clean and maintained to a high standard. There are good staffing levels to meet the needs of the number of residents. Care staff have either achieved or are studying for care qualifications.

Staff are provided with a good variety of training that is relevant to caring for older people. The home has an experienced and qualified Manager. A range of methods is used to monitor the quality of the service.
