Suzanne Hughes - Area Manager

I joined Wellburn as a care assistant aged 22 and progressed very quickly to the area manager role I now hold. I was impressed by the training that I received from day one and have felt very valued as a member of the Wellburn Care Homes team.

Dorothy Savile - Area Manager

I am an area manager for Wellburn and support six managers ensuring that care standards are maintained and that all aspects of home are to the high standards that we expect. I have enjoyed my time working with Wellburn so much, that I cannot believe I have been a member of the team for 18 years.

Kelly Watt - Home Manager

I've worked for Wellburn for over 20 years, and have always had the opportunity to improve my personal skills and qualifications, and been rewarded with new challenges. That's what I like about this job and Wellburn in general - senior managers focus on solving problems and making sure all the staff care for our residents in the best way possible.
